- Receive 52 data sets of circa 2000 records each – 1 per sales centre
- Import, set and sign-off 52 different letters and signatures
- Production of 110,000 personalised letters into 52 letterhead variations
- Assemble with new model information packs and prepare for despatch
- Despatch to UK destinations
- Project had to be completed within a 5 day period
